Peninsula Coastal Construction has decades of experience in real estate development, construction management, and strategic investment. Led by veteran real estate developer Shane Langdale, Peninsula Coastal Construction continues to bring forth signature, design-driven properties, always striving to reimagine the relationship between modern and historical aesthetic. We are continually imagining innovative ways to provide inspiration, connection, and enrichment—through our buildings, services, and the vibrant historical areas in which we build.

Our goal is to develop or renovate historical residential homes by restoring the details and inherent character of past traditions while providing high quality construction service that enriches the lives of our clients. Whether the project is rehabilitating a deteriorating structure or re-purposing a historic property, we have the experience and expertise necessary to successfully navigate through the zoning ordinances, extensive building codes, tax credit incentives, etc. that are specific to downtown Charleston historic preservation projects.
