28 Jasper Street

Built in 1852 in the Radcliffborough neighborhood of Charleston’s peninsula, 28 Jasper Street underwent a dramatic transformation. Blending modern and vintage design elements with exposed brick walls and wood beams and updating original fireplaces throughout the home, restored the property’s historical charm while also adding modern necessities.

10 Poinsett Street

Originally constructed in the early 1900s, 10 Poinsett was acquired from investors who were seeking to demolish it completely due to its poor and uninhabitable condition. Keeping the original footprint, the renovation required a rebuild of the floor system, exterior walls, a new roof and replacing the original rotted siding.

111 Simons Street

Built in the 1930s, 111 Simons was a two story craftsmen style home originally built only about six inches off of the ground. The project required a total renovation with extensive structural modifications to raise the home to allow for a new foundation that met FEMA flood regulations, which requires any house below the flood elevation be raised 1’ above the bae flood.
